As Richard readies for retirement, he will share reflections on trends in professional regulation and perspectives on the future direction of the field. This conversation will be facilitated by Claude Balthazard, Registrar and VP Regulation, Human Resources Professional Association. Areas of discussion will include but not be limited to:
Trends in complaints and discipline, including key cases that have changed professional regulation
Evolution of the field and top-of-mind issues facing regulators
The regulatory landscape in the future – mandates, governance, risk-based regulation, transparency and more!
