Last February, CNAR hosted its first Unlearn and Learn session, featuring TransFocus Consulting Inc., which attracted an unprecedented number of virtual discussion attendees from our community. Registrant feedback indicated great demand for a more in-depth workshop on gender diversity and inclusion, which we are now pleased to announce will take place on July 12. This session will again be led by Kai Scott, President of TransFocus and TEDx Speaker.

Empathetically connect with the unique challenges faced by transgender people.
Learn more about how unconscious bias, curiosity, common assumptions, and expectations of transgender people can be harmful and manifest as microaggressions.
Become an active ally to transgender people at work and in your personal life.
This workshop will feature interactive elements including anonymous polling questions, small group discussions, and Q&A with Kai. (Attendance at CNAR's February session is not a prerequisite for this workshop.)
